Field Trip Health was de eerste alternatieve zorgkliniek in Nederland die psychedelica volledig openlijk aanbood binnen Wkkgz-conforme kaders, in plaats van binnen het gebruikelijke grijze gebied. Field Trip Health was the first alternative care clinic in the Netherlands to offer psychedelics fully and openly within Wkkgz-compliant frameworks, rather than within the usual grey zone.

NovaCare ondersteunde de ontwikkeling van de Nederlandse zorgstructuur als onderdeel van de Europese uitbreiding, waaronder governance, kwaliteits- en veiligheidssystemen, klinische protocollen en zorgpaden voor een multidisciplinair team van BIG-geregistreerde behandelaren. NovaCare Solutions ontstond vanuit een eenvoudige observatie: veel innovatieve zorginitiatieven hebben inhoudelijke visie, maar missen de structuren die nodig zijn om professioneel, veilig en duurzaam te opereren. NovaCare Solutions emerged from a simple observation: many innovative healthcare initiatives have substantive vision, but lack the structures required to operate professionally, safely and sustainably.

Ik ben opgeleid als klinisch psycholoog aan de Radboud Universiteit en gepromoveerd in de neurowetenschappen. Mijn achtergrond ligt op het snijvlak van klinische psychologie, neurowetenschap, zorgontwikkeling en operationele strategie. Door de jaren heen werkte ik binnen klinische settings, wetenschappelijk onderzoek, farmaceutische innovatie en de ontwikkeling van nieuwe zorgmodellen. I trained as a clinical psychologist at Radboud University and completed a PhD in Neuroscience. My background sits at the intersection of clinical psychology, neuroscience, healthcare development and operational strategy. Over the years I have worked within clinical settings, scientific research, pharmaceutical innovation and the development of new care models.

Wat mijn aanpak onderscheidt is de combinatie van klinisch inzicht, strategisch denken en operationele uitvoering. Niet alleen begrijpen hoe zorg inhoudelijk werkt, maar ook hoe organisaties veilig, professioneel en toekomstbestendig functioneren binnen complexe regelgeving. What sets my approach apart is the combination of clinical insight, strategic thinking and operational execution. Not just understanding how care works substantively, but also how organizations function safely, professionally and future-proof within complex regulation.
